| The first Annual Off-road XRAY Challenge organized in Italy took place on the Alife race track where also the third round of National Champ 2009 was hosted. |

It was a very exciting event, with many changes during the finals, and final results that were decided in only the last few minutes. The competition level was very high right from the begining of qualification with Ferroso (XRAY 808), Natale, and Bellano (XRAY) taking the podium positions for the F1 class.
In F2, Chieffo, Del Prete, and Raia (XRAY) where the fastest in qualification. The finals saw fierce battles, especially in the F2 class where in the semi-finals there were 5 drivers within the span of only a few seconds. |

The F1 class final started with Natale in 1st place followed by Bellano, Seminario, Spinosa, Bovi, Gambardella, Civitillo, Ferroso, Giordano, Chiesa, Fontani, Vigliotti... and 6 XRAYs on the grid.
Natale seemed the only driver able to give a hard time to Team XRAY. Team XRAY drivers Bellano, Seminaro and Bovi then started a fast recovery on Natale at every fuel stop; every jump gave a different position for the final. At the end Bellano won by 6sec over Natale, and almost a lap on Seminaro and Bovi. |

| In the F2 class it was another victory for XRAY with team driver Caravaggio leading the final ahead of Ruggiero and Colangeli (XRAY). |

| The prizes given were also at a high level, with every kind of thing imaginable including XRAY gadgets, local wine, and specialty foods from the region... and ending with a race trophy exclusively made for this challenge. |
